2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through the official channels (website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives).
Full payment is required before the commencement of production.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed orders.

3. Customization

Customers must provide accurate information and artwork for customized products.
The company will not be responsible for errors in design or data provided by the customer.
Changes or revisions may incur additional charges.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation. Typically, delivery is completed within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the product and delivery location. We strive to ensure timely and hassle-free service for all our customers.
The company is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

5. Refunds & Return

We don't provide any return & refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and trademarks provided by the customer remain their property.
The company retains the right to use samples of customized products for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Privacy Policy

Customer information will be used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
